Does this Sound like you?

You've tried everything — and you're still in pain.

Massage, rest, stretching. Maybe even another therapist. Nothing's stuck because nobody's actually found the cause.

You don't want a band-aid. You want it actually fixed.

Short-term relief is easy to find. A clear plan that solves the root cause and keeps it away is what we're here for.

Every time you push yourself, something breaks down.

You're not asking for much. Just to train, move, or play without constantly managing pain around it.

Pain is stopping you from doing the things that matter.

Whether it's keeping up with your kids, getting through a workday, or just sleeping properly, it's affecting more than just your body.

You want someone who actually gets it.

Carson has played sport, dealt with his own injuries, and spent 10+ years helping people fix theirs. He knows what it feels like and he knows what works.

You're sick of being told to just rest.

Rest masks the problem. You want to know what's wrong, fix it properly, and get back to your life.

We’ll help you take the next step

Here’s How

Understand What's Actually Wrong

Before anything else, we do a thorough assessment. We look at how you move, what's driving your pain, and what's actually going on. Not just where it hurts.

Get Relief and Start Rebuilding

From your first session, we use hands-on Myotherapy to get you feeling better. Then we introduce targeted strength and rehab work to fix the underlying cause. Not just the symptom.

Leave With a Plan That Lasts

You'll finish every session knowing exactly what to do next. No guessing, no vague advice. Just a clear, structured plan to keep you moving forward.

About Carson

Playing football as a kid, I had my share of injuries and my share of disappointing appointments. Therapists who didn't listen, short-term fixes that didn't last, no real explanation of what was wrong.

That shaped everything about how I work. Every patient gets a thorough assessment, a straight answer, and a plan built around them. Not a generic treatment and a "come back next week."

10+ years of clinical experience. Bachelor of Clinical Myotherapy. Strength & Conditioning certified. And someone who genuinely gets what you're going through.
